We use trusted and recognized carriers to deliver your items. That way, you can track your order’s progress on-line and count down the days until it arrives at your door.

Since the fulfillment process is fully automated, once placed, an order can’t be cancelled. We can’t imagine why you’d want to, but should you decide to return your order, please contact us directly or visit the section on this site regarding refunds and returns.

Shipping Times

We aim to please and will do our best to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. For orders placed over a weekend or holiday, we’ll begin the process on the next business day. If we’re unable to fill your order, we’ll notify you within 48 hours or on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods

The shipping method you choose when you check out will determine how quickly your Kube or filters will be delivered to your door.

KUBE Filtration Unit—per unit 

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): FREE anywhere in the continental United States or Canada
  • Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $20.00
  • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping (Overnight): $35.00

KUBE Replacement Filters—per filter pack

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): FREE anywhere in the continental United States or Canada
  • Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $9
  • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping (Overnight): $18


If you select Standard Shipping, your item will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. All delivery estimates exclude weekends. Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or to any international addresses at this time.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. For credit card purchases that are declined, a standard charge of $10 per occurrence will apply.


Every Kube purchased from comes with our unconditional satisfaction guarantee. We can’t come up with a single reason why, but if, for some crazy reason you aren’t thrilled with your new Kube, from, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. To get the return process started, please contact us directly at 1-800-544-4233. Note: you are responsible for the cost of shipping your KUBE back to Kinetico.

Once we receive your Kube at Kinetico, your return/refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. Your refund will be posted to your credit card account within 20 business days and should appear on your next statement, depending on your card’s issuing bank and/or your billing cycle.
